Junta Comunal de Victoriano Lorenzo

The community presented the need to communicate their complaints, needs and complaints more effectively, while the Community Board needed to respond more efficiently. We developed this website with the aim of centralizing service through the Resident Service System, the first in the country to implement a ticket system so that the community can make their reports and queries digitally, all without leaving the website.
